This page describes the current first-party cookie and browser-storage behavior on StableNexus public pages, request-access flows, authenticated StableNexus surfaces, and partner-branded surfaces hosted on this site.
Current storage inventory
StableNexus currently uses a small set of first-party cookies and browser-storage keys to keep sign-in working, remember authenticated interface preferences, and keep interactive public route and request context in the same browser.

| Public journey lead id (`sn_journey_lead_id`) | Browser storage | Lets the same browser reconnect a request-access submission with later public-flow activity in the current marketing journey. |
| Selected public route context (`sn_journey_case_context`) | Browser storage | Remembers the case, route, and setup context you selected on public case surfaces. |
| Selected public run context (`sn_journey_run_contexts`) | Browser storage | Remembers public run state for the selected case so the same browser can reopen the current route context. |
| Signed-in UI preferences | Browser storage | Remembers shell preferences such as sidebar collapse state in authenticated surfaces. |
What this means today
Static reading of public landing content does not depend on these public journey keys, but current interactive case-launch and request-access flows may create them in the browser while those flows are in use. Authenticated sign-in continues to rely on the session cookie, and authenticated shell preferences continue to use first-party browser storage.
