Who may receive information
Information may be available to StableNexus operators and to service providers that support hosting, authentication, email delivery, infrastructure, and workflow operations. Where a request or approved workflow involves a branded partner surface, the same site-wide legal model applies across those surfaces as well.
Retention
We keep inquiry, access, security, and operating records for as long as needed to review requests, support pilots, protect the service, maintain auditability, and meet legal or operational obligations. Retention varies by record type and environment.
