Disclosures and Conflicts
Public disclosure posture for StableNexus Research Desk covering sponsorship, compensation, conflicts, and partner-boundary discipline.
Default desk posture
StableNexus Research Desk notes are not sponsored placements by default. If a note depends on paid promotion, partner compensation, or another material commercial relationship, we disclose that directly on the note.
We do not present partner-owned announcements or launch claims as if StableNexus owns the regulated execution leg. Our wording keeps the real ownership boundary clear.
Commercial and conflict boundaries
A public case fit, family fit, or docs reference does not mean StableNexus controls, endorses, or operates every third-party institution named in a source document.
If a note is influenced by an active client, partner, or strategic commercial relationship, we add a visible disclosure block explaining that relationship in plain language.
When note-level disclosures appear
We add a note-level disclosure block when compensation, sponsorship, material conflict, or a substantive relationship would reasonably change how a reader interprets the note.
If no note-level disclosure appears, readers should understand the note as unsponsored desk analysis produced under the public methodology and corrections rules.
