Tokenized Funds
Tokenized-fund programmes keep official books and records with appointed fund roles while using mirrored representation, servicing-state visibility, and evidence-led close across subscriptions, redemptions, and distributions.
Introduction
A tokenized fund is a fund position or unit represented in a digital operating flow while the official books and records remain with the appointed fund administrator, transfer agent, registrar, or related record owner.
Any mirrored token or digital position reflects that official record. It does not replace it, and it does not erase the dealing windows, servicing rules, or custody acknowledgments that still govern the programme.

Participant and responsibility map
| Role | Responsible for | Boundary |
|---|---|---|
| StableNexus | Workflow state, policy, evidence capture, and documentation publication. | Not the official books-and-records owner, fund administrator, transfer agent, or custodian. |
| Fund administrator / transfer agent / registrar | Official books and records, dealing records, holdings updates, and servicing calculations. | Authoritative record-owner role remains appointed and external. |
| Investment manager / distributor | Product governance, investor communications, dealing intake, and distribution-channel continuity. | Partner-mounted role that remains outside the StableNexus control plane. |
| Custodian / safekeeping function | Holding the underlying position, safekeep or hold acknowledgment, and release confirmation where applicable. | Custody and safekeeping authority remain partner-owned. |
| Representation / tokenization adapter | Mirrored digital position or service-state publication tied back to the official record. | Representation does not displace the official record by default. |
