Issuance and Redemption

Operating procedure for onboarding, funding, issuance, redemption, and exception handling.

Issuance flow

  1. An eligible participant is reviewed against [Holder Eligibility Standard] and the applicable compliance requirements.
  2. Funding instructions are issued and fiat is received into the documented reserve-side account structure.
  3. The issuer confirms eligibility, payment status, and operating controls before issuing supply.
  4. Tokens are issued under the published [Primary Chain] authority model and delivered to the approved wallet or account.
  5. Records, notices, and evidence outputs are updated according to the operating schedule.

Redemption flow

  1. A redemption request is submitted through the documented process by the issuer or approved redeemers named in the terms, unless the programme explicitly opens direct redemption more broadly.
  2. Eligibility, sanctions, and operating restrictions are checked.
  3. Tokens are returned or frozen within the published authority process before completion of supply reduction.
  4. Fiat payout is completed through [Redemption Agent] within [Settlement Window].
  5. Completion records, exceptions, and notices are published under the operating rules.

Refusal, suspension, and force-majeure handling

  • Requests may be refused where legal, sanctions, eligibility, payment, or documentation conditions are not met.
  • Redemption may be delayed where banking, compliance, or market-closure conditions require it.
  • Suspensions and material exceptions must be published through the official notices path.

Required operating setup

  • Onboarding and eligibility workflow.
  • Reserve-side payment confirmation process.
  • Issuer authorization and recordkeeping controls.
  • Redemption execution path with documented timing.
  • Published notices and exception handling.
