Participants and Responsibilities
The stablecoin model separates issuer, reserve, attestation, redemption, and operations roles in direct terms.
Role separation
The issuer, reserve holder, attestor, redemption executor, and workflow layer remain separate so the public record does not blur legal responsibility with operating support.
Responsibility matrix
| Role | Responsible for |
|---|---|
| [Issuer SPV] | Program issuance, redemption authority, legal disclosures, terms publication, and change control. |
| [Reserve Bank] | Reserve accounts, balance confirmation, settlement-side support, and banking controls. |
| [Attestor / Auditor] | Reserve or methodology assurance, report publication scope, and exceptions where applicable. |
| [Redemption Agent] | Fiat settlement completion, payout operations, and redemption execution records. |
| StableNexus | Policy rules, workflow stages, visibility, documentation system, and audit-ready evidence outputs. |
| Holders and counterparties | Holding, transfer, instructions, compliance submissions, and redemption requests. |
Publishing duties

- The reserve and assurance model publishes balances, cadence, or references to those outputs.
- The technical references publish chain, contract, and authority information.
- StableNexus publishes process, visibility, and operating-support information alongside the issuer record.
