FAQ

The FAQ answers operating questions from buyers and operators without drifting into bank or venue claims.

Frequently asked questions

What does this tokenized-asset documentation cover?

It explains how a tokenized-asset program works as an operating workflow: program terms, access rules, funding confirmation, register state, servicing, risk, and close.

Does this documentation describe tokenized deposits or bank-issued money?

No. These pages describe tokenized asset and obligation programs. A partner-bank cash leg may appear inside the workflow, but that does not make the instrument a bank-money program.

Does StableNexus operate the register, bank account, or exchange venue?

Not by default. StableNexus provides the policy, workflow, evidence, and publication layer. Registers, settlement banks, paying agents, and execution venues remain named partner or appointed roles unless separately evidenced.

Why are default, workout, and schedule terms included?

Because a credible institutional program explains what happens when payments are delayed, performance fails, or the operating window changes. Those terms are part of the honesty boundary, not optional legal decoration.
